Governor Asa Hutchinson released the following statement on the numerous County Sheriffs from across the state endorsing his run for a second term as Governor:

“It is an honor to be supported by these dedicated law enforcement leaders who understand the challenges of keeping Arkansas safe. I appreciate their recognition of the work we have done to reduce prison overcrowding, improve mental health programs, and work to keep our county jails funded properly. All of these issues are critical to reducing crime and protecting Arkansans.”
